The Sporty Sprouts program is designed to introduce young children, typically ages 3 to 5, to the fundamentals of physical activity in a fun and engaging environment. The primary goal is to learn that God has “wonderfully” made us for health. Students will foster a love for movement, improve motor skills, and promote healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Objectives: *Develop Motor Skills – Enhance basic motor skills such as running, jumping, throwing, catching, and balancing. *Promote Physical Fitness – Encourage regular physical activity to develop strength, coordination, and endurance. *Encourage Social Skills – Foster teamwork, cooperation, and communication through group activities and games. *Build Confidence – Help children gain confidence in their physical abilities and learn to enjoy physical activity. *Educate on Healthy Habits – Introduce basic concepts of healthy living, including the importance of exercise and nutrition.
