Bethlehem Homeschool Group was founded in the Fall of 2017 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Knightdale, NC. The group averages 130 students with twenty plus courses offered from Preschool through Adult Bible Study.
We offer two 12-week semesters, Fall and Spring. Classes are offered only on Thursdays at varying times between 9:00 am-1:30 pm. Families can sign up for one or multiple classes, depending on the needs and availability.
In addition, BHG parents plan field trips, meet-ups and a Spring Field Day to further develop relationships within our homeschool community.
A parent/guardian is required to remain on the Church campus for students ages 3 through 14 years old. High School students that are 15 years and up can be dropped off for their classes. They will not be supervised between classes or during lunch, but they will be under the disciplinary actions of the director/tutors while on campus. Please see the Policies and Guidelines for more. You are welcome to stay on site to provide more supervision for your high school student.
We do offer places to meet other homeschool parents as well as a Bible study for adults.
